Every 2nd Wednesday of the month, you’ll find us twisting up balloon animals with Inside Scoop Creamery in Rock Hill—and yes, it’s totally free. Whether you're grabbing a cone or just passing by, come hang out with us on The Lawn, where there's live music and balloons galore.
