We agree to provide entertainment services for your event on the date you select during the booking process. Our services include face painting, balloon twisting, and combination packages of both services. The specific services you select will be confirmed in your booking confirmation.

Deposit: A refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking to secure your date. Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of your event. Additional Services: Any extra services requested beyond your original booking will be invoiced separately and must be paid according to the invoice terms.

If either party is unable to fulfill their obligations under this agreement due to an act of God—including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, or government regulations—both parties will be excused from performance of their obligations. In such circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund of all payments made.

Your Responsibility: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Party With a Twist, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your event or use of our services; the actions or behavior of your guests or attendees during the event; and any damages caused by guests or attendees to our equipment or personnel. Our Commitment: We maintain appropriate insurance and take reasonable precautions to provide safe, professional services.

6. Content Usage Rights
By booking our services and participating in your event, you grant Party With a Twist permission to use any photographs, videos, or other content created during your event for marketing and promotional purposes, social media content, website galleries, and advertising materials. If you do not wish to grant these rights, please contact us in writing before your event date.
7. Dispute Resolution
Mediation: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through mediation. The costs of mediation will be divided equally between both parties. Arbitration: If mediation does not resolve the dispute, both parties agree to pursue binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of North Carolina.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any legal proceedings related to this agreement shall be conducted in North Carolina.
